Land ClearCo was founded by John Kane, a Raleigh native who grew up around land — how it’s bought, shaped, and built into something. Coming from a family with deep roots in Raleigh development, John learned early that a project’s success is decided long before the first foundation is poured. It’s decided in the dirt.

John runs Land ClearCo day to day, on-site and often in the seat. We handle forestry mulching, site prep, grading, and full-scale land development work across the Triangle and beyond — with the equipment, judgment, and local knowledge to do it right the first time.
